About me

Hi, I'm Sachin. I've been building software for 15+ years, and right now I lead engineering at Hexis, a sports nutrition platform used by 40% of the Tour de France peloton and 50% of the Premier League. It's a small team, so I still write code most days.

Before Hexis I led client projects through Toptal, and led a team of 9 at Verizon Media that shipped a 3D tool used by the NFL and Yahoo. At Danske Bank I wrote the SDK outside developers used to build on the bank's business platform, and at ISSUU I worked on the backend that serves 100M+ users a month. A lot of my recent work is AI, like a due-diligence platform that reads whole data rooms and answers with page-level citations. My usual stack is TypeScript, React, React Native, Node.js and Python, on AWS or GCP.

I also like teaching. I've done 200+ mentoring sessions on Codementor with a 5.0 rating, and Algora ranks me in the top 1% of TypeScript engineers.
